At Velasca, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your handcrafted Italian products. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier collection point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
